By accessing dovelta.com or using the Dovelta product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Dovelta on behalf of a firm or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Dovelta provides a legal operating system for law firms and legal practices. The product, its features, and the content of dovelta.com may evolve over time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity conducted under your account. Firms are responsible for the access rights they grant their users within Dovelta.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Dovelta to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, circumvent security, interfere with the service, or use the service for any purpose not permitted by these terms or your customer agreement.

5. Firm and client data

Firms own and control the data they enter into Dovelta. Our handling of that data is governed by the applicable customer agreement and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Dovelta, the dovelta.com website, the Dovelta product, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Dovelta and its licensors. These terms do not grant rights other than those expressly described.

7. Disclaimers

The service and dovelta.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on dovelta.com constitutes legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovelta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of dovelta.com or the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
